We don't do generic networking events or watered-down content. Everything in the Leadership Salon Society — from the Learning Suite to our curated events — is designed with a specific kind of woman leader in mind: one who values depth, substance, and a high standard of community. The Founding Circle is a closed body of women who shaped the Leadership Salon Society from the very beginning. These are the members who helped define the Society's direction, culture, and standards. The Founding Circle is not an open membership tier — it is a permanent designation held by the women who were part of building this from the ground up. Membership in the Founding Circle is by invitation only and is separate from the Society's open membership offerings.
